Elizabeth is a Catholic Psychotherapist, licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in NY and FL. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-worth, unwanted or repetitive behaviors, relationship issues, and childhood wounding. She helps clients achieve inner harmony, discover greater fulfillment, align their lives with God’s purpose, and explore a deeper, more personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
She is a Certified IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapist, Level 3 trained. Elizabeth has spent 20 years integrating IFS with the Catholic faith for a powerful, transformational, and redemptive experience in healing for her clients.
Elizabeth believes to be a good Catholic Therapist – it must come from the inside. She is a devout Catholic, follows the catechism of the Catholic church, prays the rosary and Divine Mercy chaplet daily, goes to weekday mass, and uses the sacrament of reconciliation monthly.
Elizabeth has a special passion for helping priests and the consecrated religious.
Elizabeth has a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Lewis University (Chicagoland area), a Master’s in Business Administration from DePaul University (Chicago), and a BS in Advertising from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana).
