About Me

Dr. Leslie Massoglia is a board certified family practitioner and addiction specialist who received her medical education and residency training at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She began her medical career with Mayo Health Systems where she practiced the full scope of primary care for 7 years. Following this, she began working with HealthEast Care Systems in St. Paul MN where she provided inpatient hospitalist care for medically complex patients detoxifying from a variety of substances, as well as providing medical care for patients in residential and outpatient chemical dependency treatment centers. She became board certified in Addiction Medicine in 2012 and began a private practice treating patients with the combination of opioid use disorder and chronic pain with Suboxone and non-medication therapies. Dr. Massoglia also during that time became board certified in Hospice and Palliative Care and provided Medical Director services for several hospices in the Twin Cities area. Most recently she has been working with Centurion of MN providing medical care and addiction treatment for inmates in MN correctional facilities and has achieved Certified Correctional Health Professional status. Dr. Massoglia’s passion is helping patients find answers to their questions and concerns about their health, providing guidance for maximizing their wellness and vitality, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare options, and aligning these their Catholic faith and values.

Dr. Massoglia sees patients of all ages for diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions, addictions, and terminal diseases. She enjoys educating her patients about their conditions and treatment options to empower them to make informed decisions about their care. She is passionate about relieving her patient’s symptoms and helping to improve their quality of life while ensuring their care is aligned with Catholic values and Church teachings.
