As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental HealthNurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a special interest in whole-person wellness, I integrate medical expertise with evidence-based nutrition and mental health strategies to help you find true healing.

I am certified in the Therapeutic Ketogenic Diet for Mental Health and am currently completing advanced training in Integrative Psychiatry. This approach allows me to support patients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and chronic health challenges using both traditional and holistic methods.

I’ve been a Nurse Practitioner for more than ten years, following twenty-four years as a Registered Nurse. My greatest joy in medicine has always been walking with patients toward healing — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well.

I believe that while we are all fallen creatures, we are also deeply loved and called to something greater. True healing comes when we allow God’s grace to meet us in our human experience — using both faith and the gifts of modern medicine.
